This project would rehabilitate Fish Creek Road-side Riparian Unauthorized Dispersed Recreation Sites (Forest Road 54) (5C).
Secondary limiting factors include loss of nutrients, excessive fine sediment, channelization and hardening of streambanks, road development, and consumptive targeted fishery (3a, 6a, 6e4, 6f, 7a).
