Increase floodplain complexity near the confluence of Johnson Creek to mainstem Willamette. Controlling Invasives, improving cottonwood floodplain forest, adding 100 pieces of large wood and boulders to increase complexity of floodplain. Addresses habitat complexity at both the mouth of Johnson Creek and Kellogg Creeks.
