Notes
10/01/2017 11:32 AM | System | The area is below Kline Point, and is underwater during a significant portion of the winter. It has been "overloved" by visitors and this area has become compacted, devegetated and loss of riparian forest. Addition of riparian elements will help improve habitat adjacent to the confluence. Riverfront Milwaukie Bay project will be happening within the next several years and can be a source of match. |
