Degraded Channel and Riparian Areas Degraded Channel Structure and Complexity
The North Clackamas Watersheds Council (Council), the Clackamas Partnership, other partners, Inter-Fluve, Inc. (IFI) & Altap Restoration (Altap), managed by former ODFW District Fish Biologist Todd Alsbury, to create the area’s first Watershed Action Plan (WAP) including data review, gap analysis, & habitat assessment of watershed conditions & limiting factors to salmonid populations. We will establish criteria for critical projects & identify priority projects. We will produce conceptual designs & cost estimates for top priority projects so they can proceed rapidly to implementation.
